How We Work
Our Manufacturing Process
Every Formpack product is manufactured at our Stapylton, QLD facility using blown film extrusion. Three critical parameters — width, length and gauge — are meticulously controlled for each custom order.
We work with you to define exact dimensions, gauge (thickness), colour, perforation patterns and handle punching configurations for your packaging.
Our poly tube is crafted by inflating a plastic bubble to the desired width, then precisely controlling thickness via nip roller speed — slower for thicker gauges, faster for thinner.
Every product undergoes rigorous inspection against our ISO 9001 and HACCP standards before leaving our facility. We get it right first time, every time.
Our comprehensive customisation options allow clients to specify size, colour, hole punching configurations, handle punching styles and perforation patterns. Whether you need food-grade poly bags for fresh produce, heavy-duty pipeline sleeves or agricultural liners, Formpack has the solution.
