Our Process
Locally manufactured at our Queensland facility, our poly bags are renowned for their versatility and suitability for diverse applications. In our production process, we meticulously consider three crucial parameters: width, length, and gauge (thickness). What sets Formpack apart is our comprehensive customisation options for poly bags, allowing clients to specify size, color, hole punching configurations, handle punching styles, and perforation patterns. Whatever your unique requirements, Formpack has the perfect solution to meet them.
Our poly tube, an excellent choice for individually packaged items, is meticulously crafted through blown film extrusion techniques. This involves initially inflating a plastic bubble to attain the desired width of the tube. The thickness of the tube is then precisely controlled by adjusting the speed at which it passes through the nip rollers. For clients seeking varying thicknesses, Formpack offers flexibility through this process—slower roller speeds result in thicker gauges, while faster speeds yield thinner ones, ensuring tailored solutions for our clients’ needs.
